Happy Wednesday!🙌I am excited to share with you more about the journey of writing my very first book, but I’d like to start this email and all future emails off with a leadership lesson, piece of motivation, or encouragement of some sort with an action item attached. With that being said Today's Leadership Food for Thought is this👇

Each week set time aside to find ways to invest your team or a team member. Share an article, book, podcast, or even a recent leadership lesson.

👉 Alright, now for some updates! I am working very hard to get the book finalized and can’t wait to share it with all of you! So have you been wondering what the book’s REALLY about? Look no further.One of the reasons why I felt compelled to write a book was to share experiences that I encountered during my leadership journey. I have been able to share with others in person along the way, but I know a book has the power to reach countless people across the world.From the moment we begin to think about the future we expect ourselves to have the perfect plan all laid out, which is easier said than done. Perfectly laid out plans do not exist, but shared experiences do.

I believe that this book will really inspire anyone that they too can be effective in leadership. Sometimes we think it’s so unattainable to be a good leader.

This book will serve as a series of mentorship sessions as I share real life stories that have impacted the way I have framed my leadership paradigm.

Where ever you are in your leadership, you can do it! You can be successful!
