Vulnerability

I know this is a big, scary word. Some of us may even react physically when hearing it, but by showing your vulnerabilities and weak points, you allow others to develop trust and relatability with you.Think of being vulnerable as a strength, not a weakness. You’re brave enough to let your employees know that you aren’t perfect and still believe that they will follow instructions and respect you all the same.A Thought for ActionTake time to reflect on what vulnerability means to you and how you are or are not currently displaying it in your own life. Look at vulnerability from the outside in. Who would you trust and feel closer to?
